{"created":"2023-06-20T14:05:51.465266+00:00","id":40970,"links":{},"metadata":{"_buckets":{"deposit":"ee651e01-d45e-465e-b470-48b2899d2c91"},"_deposit":{"created_by":14,"id":"40970","owners":[14],"pid":{"revision_id":0,"type":"depid","value":"40970"},"status":"published"},"_oai":{"id":"oai:soka.repo.nii.ac.jp:00040970","sets":["3813:6958:7943"]},"author_link":["95184","95185"],"item_4_date_granted_10":{"attribute_name":"学位授与年月日","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_dategranted":"2023-03-18"}]},"item_4_degree_grantor_8":{"attribute_name":"学位授与機関","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_degreegrantor":[{"subitem_degreegrantor_name":"創価大学"}]}]},"item_4_degree_name_7":{"attribute_name":"学位名","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_degreename":"博士(工学)"}]},"item_4_description_6":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"人間活動に起因する窒素含有廃水は、主に生物学的硝化脱窒法によって処理されている。しかし、硝化に必要な機械的曝気の高い運転コストが課題となっている。微細藻類-硝化菌共存系は、微細藻類の光合成により硝化菌に酸素を供給でき、曝気不要であることから省エネルギーな処理プロセスとして注目されている。しかし、硝化菌は一定以上の光強度で阻害を受けるため、屋外環境でのプロセス破綻が懸念される。そこで本研究では、ゲル固定化技術を用いて、耐光性をもつ微細藻類-硝化菌共存系の開発およびその評価を行った。まず、ゲル中に硝化菌のみを固定化し遮光材を添加した「遮光ゲル担体」を開発し、1600 μmol photons m?2 s?1までの光照射下で硝化菌の光阻害抑制効果を確認した。遮光ゲル担体は、1600 μmol photons m?2 s?1においても、暗条件と比較して顕著な低下なく高い硝化性能を維持した。次に、遮光ゲル担体を微細藻類-硝化菌共存系に適用した結果、1600 μmol photons m?2 s?1であっても遮光ゲル担体は亜硝酸の蓄積なく完全硝化を達成し、硝化速度は分散状の約9倍であった。以上の結果に基づいて、強光下における微細藻類-硝化菌共存系のプロセス破壊メカニズムを提案した。さらに、異なるバイオマス比による影響を強光下で評価した結果、1:9(微細藻類:硝化菌)で100%のアンモニア除去率を示し、強光下において高いバクテリア割合はアンモニア除去性能を向上させることが明らかになった。本研究で開発した耐光性微細藻類-硝化菌共存系を用いることで、日射強度の高い様々な地域でも、省エネルギー型の窒素含有廃水処理の実現が可能となると期待される。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_4_dissertation_number_11":{"attribute_name":"学位授与番号","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_dissertationnumber":"甲第201号"}]},"item_4_version_type_14":{"attribute_name":"著者版フラグ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_version_resource":"http://purl.org/coar/version/c_970fb48d4fbd8a85","subitem_version_type":"VoR"}]},"item_access_right":{"attribute_name":"アクセス権","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_access_right":"open
