Its theory means a method of reading assuming authors of texts. AKITA's theory is a method of assuming “virtual author”, which means a role of “narrator in texts”-not “real author”-, in order to assume author's backgrounds in writing texts. The term “virtual author” includes aspect and point of view. One is the aspect of implying texts. (“Internal texts, External texts, Expectant attitude”) The other is points of view for assuming author.
