This interview, like the first one, summarized the reasons why he has been continuing his job, the changing circumstances concerning the job description and support system surrounding him, the entirety of his life, and his vision for the future. The first interview, which was conducted after seven years of his graduation, and the analysis of documents regarding career guidance in his school days, clarified how he had acquired vocational skills ceaselessly since his graduation. On the other hand, this study mainly examined how he had managed various issues associated with interpersonal relations that he experienced in his job.
